Murph

Michael Murphy (Murph) is host of the Tuesday Sunlit Room. He is a music lover from his earliest days growing up in Motown. A resident of the Seattle area since 1981, he lives in Shoreline, where he enjoys gardening, hiking, reading and playing harmonica. He loves the Northwest for the climate, its natural beauty and the vibrant music scene and fabulous musicians who entertain and thrill us. He is fascinated by the way the human mind, body and spirit is expressed in the infinite varieties of music and art, and is happy to be a part of this independent public radio station that allows that expression to flourish.
