Jerry Bennett

Jerry Bennett has been passionate about music since his youth, and is grateful to have come of age at a time characterized by its groundbreaking bands and music. Twenty years ago he debuted From Here to Obscurity on KSER, where he showcases 1960's garage, blues rock, and psychedelic genres.

Jerry lives in Lynnwood with his wife and two entertaining cats. He enjoys going to concerts, tooling around in his little Miata, and cooking.

Having always enjoyed a diverse array of music, Jerry was taken aback when once he was accused of being a music bigot. The accuser said it was because he only listened to one kind of music. When Jerry asked him what kind that was, his response was, “whatever it is.”
