Ashley McDonald

Ashley McDonald is a dedicated public media professional and community leader with over 15 years of experience in radio broadcasting and education. Currently serving as a variety show host and producer at KEXP, she also leads the 90.TEEN program, where she mentors the next generation of curators. Her work on the KSER Foundation board is driven by a commitment to organizational growth, gender equity, and local representation.  A lifelong resident of Snohomish County, Ashley’s leadership extends deeply into outdoor advocacy. She serves as a board member for the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance (Cascades to Sound chapter) and as board secretary for Bigfoot BMX in Everett. Whether she is coordinating youth events or advocating for trail sustainability, Ashley brings a collaborative, community-first approach to strengthening the region's cultural and recreational landscape.
